Our Company, Kar-Los Building Supplies, was founded in 1977 in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada. It started with two employees. Over the years, the team grew and now consists of a father, two daughters, a son and three outside employees.
We first started our business by selling stoves, fireplaces, and masonry supplies. Thus, we have grown to carry a large selection of building supplies, construction materials, landscape supplies, and landscape decor.
Over the past 45 years, our location has grown from a 3000 square foot building on a congested one-acre property to over five acres sprawling with a large selection of materials and displays to help with your purchases and designs.
In the mid-1980s, our company picked up the Alberta location and moved to Bradford, Ontario, Canada, which we continue to call home. Located right on Yonge Street provides us with 5 acres of the display to help you design your next project.
Our goal is to expand every day to cater to the growth of the population around us. The advancements in the technological world have allowed us to experience alternative products and renewable resources. We aim to increase the selection of products to offer our customers more price point advantages and new and innovative materials for their projects.
